I’ve bragged about it before on this blog, but I feel like I can’t do it enough.  Every company needs a niche, something that makes them better than their competition.  At Delightful Daisy, we believe that niche is our customer service.  Here is an email we recently received from a satisfied customer: Cindie, I just wanted to drop you a line to say I received my bracelet today and I must say I am thrilled. I told my girlfriends where they could purchase Biagi charms on your website and was wondering if they did so would you be able to package them the same way?
